I've lost my public charging card, what can I do?

First, don't panic!

Next, please let us know that you've lost your card by contacting us. You can give us a call on 0808 164 1045, or email us on [e-mail]. Once you've done this, we'll take the steps to deactivate it on our end, and get you a new one sent out. The cost of a replacement charge card is £10.
