Here are a few things you can try, if you find that the public charger isn't allowing you to charge:

Check to see if your card is activated

Login to Rightcharge
Head to My Charging -
On your Mobile 📱
Head to the Rightcharge App
Click on the Profile Icon 👤 in the top right of the screen
If your card is activated, you should see the following:
If you need to activate your card, you can do so by entering the hexcode at the back of the card into the prompt box.

Check whether the chargepoint exists within the Rightcharge App
- Our charge card only works with chargers that appear on the map in the Rightcharge app (about 70% of all chargers in the UK).
- If the charge point you're trying to use isn't on the map, you'll have to use a different charge point.

Try a different charge-point
- Within the same network, head to a different point to see if this works with your vehicle.
