We are continuously adding automated connections to new chargers. To check if your home charger supports an automated connection with Rightcharge, follow the steps here (see the bold section in step 7).
Below is a list of all home chargers that Rightcharge offers automated connections with as of Jan 2025. An automated connection means that your charger automatically shares charging session data (when you charge, how much energy you use etc) with us, so we can reimburse you without you having to manually share your charger's electricity usage with us every month.
If your home charger does not support an automated connection with Rightcharge, either:
1. You'll have to manually share your home charger sessions' electricity usage & timing with us every month (recommended option)
or
2. If your vehicle offers an automated integration with Rightcharge, we can reimburse you based on the charging data your vehicle automatically shares with us. This option is not recommended, as most vehicles capture less accurate data than the actual chargers.
Below you'll find a list of all chargers that Rightcharge offers an automated connection with as of January 2025. If you are planning to buy a new home charger, we particularly recommend the MyEnergi Zappi 2 or 2.1, the Easee One, or the Zaptec Go or Pro. We do not recommend ProjectEV, Ohme, and Podpoint chargers - they are prone to issues.
