If your home charger doesn't have an automated integration with Rightcharge, you'll need to manually upload your charge sessions. We recommend you do this even if you have a vehicle integration, as these can be unreliable.
- Ideally, upload each session individually so we can accurately apply any variable rate tariffs. Not doing this may result in a less accurate reimbursement.
- Please upload your charging sessions by the 27th of each month to ensure prompt reimbursements.
- Check that your tariff / energy-supplier information is correct in the app.
Follow these steps to manually upload your home charging sessions to Rightcharge:
- Head to your home charger app or energy bill to identify kWh usage and dates.
- Login to Rightcharge and head to My Charging.
- Select "Upload Energy Usage" and enter the requested details about when & how much electricity (in kWh) was used.
- Once submitted, you'll see this session within "Sessions".
