1. Open the Rightcharge app
2. Click the 3 horizontal lines at the top left of the screen
3. Click 'Account settings'
4. Click 'My charging'
5. Under 'Edit Details', click 'Edit charger, tariff, or vehicle'
6. To change your tariff and/or energy supplier, click 'Edit Energy Supplier' and follow the on-screen instructions. You can either select 'Link tariff' to automatically share your energy supplier and tariff details with Rightcharge (this will automatically keep the tariff up-to-date as long as you don't switch energy suppliers), or you can choose 'Manual entry' to manually input your tariff details. You will need to keep them up-to-date.
7. To change your home charger, click 'Edit Home Charger' and follow the on-screen instructions. If you cannot find your home charger model in the drop down box, that means we do not currently support an automated connection with your charger: please click 'I can't find my model' and enter your charger's details - for now, you will have to upload records of your charging sessions manually, at least once per month.
You can also make these changes once you've logged in on the Rightcharge website.
