If using your desktop computer 🖥️:
1. Login to Rightcharge's website
2. Click 'My Charging'
If using your mobile device:
1. Open the Rightcharge app
2. Click the profile icon 👤 at the top right of your screen
Then, if you want to remove an already-connected vehicle so you can add a new one:
1. Under 'Edit Details', click 'Edit charger, tariff, or vehicle'
2. Click 'Clear vehicle to allow new vehicle connection'
Once you've done that, or if this is the first vehicle you've ever connected to Rightcharge:
1. Scroll down to the 'Vehicle' section
2. In the 'Search registration' field, enter your vehicle's license plate and click the enter key.
Note: if your vehicle is new, recently registered, or recently got a new license plate, you may have to wait a few weeks before this step will work.
3. If your vehicle can automatically share data with Rightcharge, you will see a screen like the one below. Click 'Link your vehicle' and follow the steps on-screen to link your vehicle.
4. If your vehicle cannot automatically share data with Rightcharge, you'll see a screen like the one below. This is not a problem - we'll still be able to reimburse you for your charging sessions. Just click 'Close' and you're good to go!
