We are integrated with all UK energy suppliers, meaning the vast majority of electricity tariffs can be automatically connected with Rightcharge.
- This means that your home electricity cost rate information can be automatically shared with us, including dual / multi-rate tariffs, so we know exactly how much your home charge sessions cost.
- Any changes in your tariff are also automatically shared with us (although if you change your energy supplier, you'll have to update that yourself in the app).
Consequently, we strongly recommend selecting the automated connection option in the Rightcharge app / website.
However, if you are uncomfortable integrating your tariff with us, you can manually enter your electricity unit rate(s) in the Rightcharge app / website. You will be responsible for keeping them up-to-date and correct.

Note: if you are using an automated connection to an "Intelligent tariff" (a tariff that dynamically adjusts prices based on real-time demand), please let your fleet admin know. They'll have to get in touch with us.
