We support integration with all UK home energy suppliers. Here's what that means:
If your fleet admin has enabled direct payment mode for your home charging, as opposed to expenses mode (see our guide on what that means here), then we need to be able to pay money directly into your home energy supplier account to cover your home charging costs.
This means that you must connect your home energy supplier account to Rightcharge when you set up your Rightcharge driver account. You can see our guides on how to do so here - you'll need to enter:
- The name of your energy supplier
- Your energy supplier account number
- Your energy supplier account login details (username / email and password)
