To use Rightcharge's home charging or public charging services, we require you to:
a) Pass a credit check
and
b) Set up a direct debit to us to pay for
- your driver's home and public charging
- The cost of your Rightcharge plan
We'll send you just one invoice per month to cover all relevant costs.
If you do not complete these requirements, your drivers' public charging access & home charging direct payment reimbursements will be disabled.
Here's how to see the status of your direct debit and credit check:
1. Open the Rightcharge website
2. Click 'Account Settings' in the bottom right of your screen
3. Click 'Company settings'
