Public Charging
If you have enabled public charging with Rightcharge for a driver, they will receive a physical Rightcharge charge card (you can contact us to order it on their behalf, or they can order it themselves) to tap at public charge points.
- If you enabled direct payment mode for your drivers, we will record every charge session they make with their charge cards, and then bill you for those charges at the end of the month, after which we will disburse the money in the correct amounts to the correct CPOs.
- If you enabled expenses mode for your drivers, they must connect their own credit card to their Rightcharge charge card. Whenever they use their charge card, the driver's credit card pays immediately into our Stripe account; we then pay the CPO. We record all of the charges in our app; the driver can use this record to reclaim the necessary money from your company.
Home Charging
If you have enabled home charging with Rightcharge for a driver, they will have to share their home charging & energy tariff data with us - either automatically or manually.
- If you enabled direct payment mode for your drivers, we will record the charge sessions they make with their business vehicles, and then bill you for those charges at the end of the month, after which we will disburse the money in the correct amounts to your drivers' personal home energy supplier accounts by the 16th of the following month.
- If you enabled expenses mode for your drivers, they will pay for their business vehicle charging sessions as part of their home electricity bill. We record all of the charges in our app; drivers can use this record to reclaim the necessary money from your company.
