You can connect a new vehicle from either the Rightcharge website or the mobile app.
Step 1: Open vehicle settings
On desktop
Log in to the Rightcharge website
Go to My Charging
On mobile
Open the Rightcharge app
Tap the profile icon in the top right
Step 2: Remove an existing vehicle (if needed)
If you already have a vehicle connected and want to replace it:
Under Edit details, select Edit charger, tariff, or vehicle
Click Clear vehicle to allow new vehicle connection
If this is the first vehicle you’re connecting, you can skip this step.
Step 3: Add your new vehicle
Scroll to the Vehicle section
In the Search registration field, enter your vehicle’s registration number and press Enter
Note:
If your vehicle is new, recently registered, or has recently had a new registration number, it may take a few weeks before it can be found.
If your vehicle does not support automatic data sharing
You’ll see a message explaining this
No action is needed
Rightcharge can still reimburse your charging sessions
Just click Close to finish setup.
Step 4: Complete the connection
If your vehicle supports automatic data sharing
You’ll see an option to Link your vehicle
Click this and follow the on-screen steps
