How do I connect a credit card to my Rightcharge public charge card?

You only need to connect a credit card to your Rightcharge public charge card if your fleet admin has set your public charging payment mode to expenses.

If your payment mode is set to direct payment, you do not need to add a card.

Important:

• Only credit cards are supported

• Debit cards will not work

How to connect a credit card to your Rightcharge public charge card

If your payment mode is set to expenses, follow the steps below:

1. Open My charging in the Rightcharge app or website

   • You’ll see a prompt asking you to add a payment method

2. Click Add payment method

3. Select Add / Edit your payment method and enter your credit card details

Once your card is added, you’ll be able to start public charging as normal.
