To use Rightcharge’s home charging and public charging services, you’ll need to complete two setup steps:

To get started, you must:
Pass a credit check, and

Set up a Direct Debit with Rightcharge to cover:
your drivers’ home charging costs
your drivers’ public charging costs
the cost of your Rightcharge plan
We’ll send one monthly invoice covering all relevant charges.
What happens if this isn’t completed?
If the credit check or Direct Debit setup is not completed:
Public charging access will be disabled
Home charging direct payment reimbursements will be paused
How to check your Direct Debit and credit check status
You can view the status of both at any time by following these steps:
Open the Rightcharge website
Click Account settings in the bottom-left corner
Select Company settings
Here, you’ll be able to:
see the status of your credit check
see whether your Direct Debit is active
update your Direct Debit mandate if needed
