We’re always adding new vehicle models to our list of automated connections.
To check whether your EV is supported, check this Vehicle Compatibility Table to see which EVs currently support automated connections with Rightcharge.
What if my vehicle isn’t supported yet?
No stress.
It simply means we can’t automatically pull data directly from your car yet. You can still see your charging sessions as long as your charger is compatible with Rightcharge - because that data comes from the charger, not the vehicle.
In other words:
👉 Unsupported vehicle ≠ unsupported charging
What if my charger isn’t compatible?
Good question. You can see which chargers are compatible in this Charger Compatibility Table.
If your charger isn’t supported, you’ll need to manually upload your charging sessions to Rightcharge. You can find a guide on how to do this here.
Why does an automated vehicle connection matter?
It adds an extra layer of confidence.
By connecting directly to your vehicle, we can confirm whether a charging session was for your company EV - which is especially useful if you also have a personal EV at home. It helps keep reimbursements accurate and reduces the risk of misuse.
